Full Gallery Removal : $200

This option must be purchased by the session date. It includes careful blemish removal or leash removal on all photos from your session. This service is non-refundable.

Pick-and-Choose : $10 per image

Only want blemish removal on a couple images? This option allows you to choose specific images for blemish removal. For selected photos included in your free downloadable gallery, the service is $10 per image. If you'd like blemish removal on photos outside of your selected photos, the cost is $25 per image, which includes $15 to purchase the photo and $10 for the blemish removal service.

This service includes the removal of trash, trash cans, telephone poles, street signs, small numbers of individuals, stray objects, etc. This does not include the removal of houses, roads, crowds of people, vehicles, building signs, etc. This also does not include the modification of scenery in the background. When choosing a location, it is important to understand that the setting will naturally include its surroundings, such as houses outside a neighborhood park, street traffic in the city, etc.

Only want background removal on a couple images? This option allows you to choose specific images for background removal. For selected photos included in your free downloadable gallery, the service is $20 per image. If you'd like background removal on photos outside of your selected images, the cost is $35 per image, which includes $15 to purchase the photo and $20 for the background removal service.

If you have already reached your gallery download limit you are free to purchase additional images at $15 per image. Each additional image purchased comes with personal usage rights.

In the event that you request special editing such as blemish, leash, or background editing on images that you did not select and download as part of your included gallery, those images must be purchased before editing occurs. The cost of images outside your selected gallery with edit requests will be $15 plus the cost of the specific editing service. Clients will receive personal rights to photos purchased this way. Any images purchased are non-refundable.

They are printed at the top-rated photo labs in the country and then are sent directly to you! Please note, all prints that are purchased are non-refundable.

If you are interested in adding a little extra time to either the beginning or end of your session for a mini family session with your senior - this add-on is for you! All family minis can include up to 5 individuals. Additional individuals can be added for $25 per person.

Have more than one senior that you wish to include in your session? Additional seniors can be added to your session for just $100 per senior! Sessions with additional seniors will feature a partial spotlight of each senior and some photos together if wanted. This is perfect for close friends, cousins, twins, triplets, etc.

Chances are this is the step you are on currently! It’s your opportunity to learn about me, ask questions about packages, and talk about your seniors' vision for their session!

Now we are ready to book! I will send you a contract for the session along with a questionnaire. I ask that you read the contract and ask questions if you need to! The contract will go over what rights you have with the photos, the total cost and payment breakdown, additional add-ons that you may want, delivery time for photos, and so much more! When this contract is sent out you will also receive information on the retainer fee. My retainers are non-refundable and must be paid at the time of booking to lock in your session and fully activate your contract. You will also receive a questionnaire – this questionnaire will go over several questions and details pertaining to the session. It is important that you answer all questions with as much detail as you can so that I can truly bring your seniors’ vision to life!

With some sports summer schedules still a bit unclear, the next phase is finalizing plans. This involves discussing and settling on locations as well as determining a date/time for a session. Currently, I will be conducting a senior photo marathon in Missouri from June 13th – July 14th.

It is the day of the shoot! I recommend arriving at locations about 10-15 minutes early to ensure that we start on time. Sessions are set with an “up-to” time limit, so if we are 50 minutes into an hour-long session and we feel like we have gotten all the shots we need or want, we may call the session early. If we finish up a session and you feel like you want more time, additional session time may be granted at a rate of $100 per 30 minutes. However, the availability to add time to a session depends on other potential bookings that day.

When it is time to deliver your photos, you will receive a link via email to your final gallery.  Although my average delivery period for one-hour sessions is 4 weeks, photos may take up to 8 weeks to deliver. Each delivery date given will be unique to your session and will be included in your contract. Delivery dates detail the maximum time that is needed to carefully edit each photo to provide a top-quality product. Don’t fret though! I always upload a preview set to my Facebook page within 2 weeks of the session date. Although these will not be final products, they will give you a glimpse into what to expect in your final gallery.

Once you have received your gallery, you are able to start reviewing images and can even create favorite lists to review and decide on. The gallery will be set to a download limit based on the package that you chose. It is very important that you choose your photos carefully as once you have downloaded your maximum free images, any other images will have to be purchased. Once photos are downloaded, no refunds or swapping will be available.

Once you have chosen your initial photos to download, please let me know if there are photos you wish to apply blemish removal or background editing. Photos that have been pre-downloaded will be charged at a rate of $10 per photo for blemish removal and $20 per photo for background editing. Photos that you request additional edits on, and which are not downloaded, will be charged as if you are also purchasing that photo.

Please note, when initially viewing photos in the gallery the photos will be watermarked. The watermark will not be present on downloaded photos or purchased photos/prints.

I now reside in Arizona where I run a fully insured and registered photography company called Conch Photography. But, as much as I call Arizona my home, I still do frequently venture back to Missouri to capture families and various milestone events such as senior photos!

If you are wanting to have a couple of shots with your family that is totally okay! These couple pictures can be at the beginning, or the end of your session. I allow up to 5 individuals to be present during family photos. Additional individuals past 5 are $25 per person. Want a little extra time to get some nice family photos? Consider adding on a family session add-on!

As a fellow pet lover myself, I would love for you to include your pets in your photos! Please note that any pets included MUST be up to date on shots and MUST be on a leash during your session. The only exception to keeping your pet on a leash is if we are in an area where leashes are not required. There will also need to be someone present to hold onto the pet when they are not in the photos.

The only additional fees that may be required are additional travel fees, admission fees, or permit fees.

Travel Fees: At this time I am offering sessions locally to areas in the St. Charles/St. Peters area at no additional cost. However, there may be a small travel fee included for St. Louis locations or locations outside of the St. Charles/St. Peters area. These fees will vary depending on location. These fees are separate from the retainer and will be added to the final cost of your session.

Admission and Permit Fees: Any admission fees or permit fees will be covered by the client. These fees will be collected at the time of location finalization. These fees are outside of the retainer and are added to the final cost of your session. Please note that permit fees and admission fees that require pre-purchase are non-refundable.

The first things that come to mind are yourself, sunscreen, and WATER! But also feel free to bring props that you want included in your session, a change of clothes, a comfortable pair of walking shoes to slip on between shots, a blotting cloth, makeup for touch ups, more water, extra bobby pins or a brush to fix your hair, and of course a positive attitude!

If you need to cancel your session the first thing we will do is try to find a date for a remake session. Please note, any prepaid admission fees or permit fees will need to be paid once more. If we are not able to find a date/time to reschedule, prepaid a la carte items, admission fees*, travel fees, as well as any additional fees paid excluding the retainer and permit fees will be refunded.

In the case of thunderstorms or heavy rainfall we will work to find a new date that works. However, if permits or prepaid admission fees were required for a location, new fees will have to be issued. In the event that a new date can not be settled on for a remake session 50% of the retainer, any a la carte items, prepaid admission fees*, and prepaid travel fees will be refunded.

I accept a variety of payment methods. The most common way my clients pay me is through Zelle since it works securely from bank to bank, but I also accept venmo. In addition, I do offer card payments through Square, however, card payments have an additional 3% fee when used. A more detailed breakdown of payment methods is given within the contract and the email I send with the contract.

I do accept payment plans! The payment plans I create with clients are unique to each session/event type and situation. Even when a payment plan is requested, I still require the retainer to be paid in order to lock in your session and activate your contract. Please note that opting for a payment plan means that your delivery date might be delayed, as I do not begin any editing on your session until I have been paid in full.
