Yes! Second Shooter coverage starts at $150 an hour and must be requested 3 months in advance. Additional charges may apply if Second Shooter is booked with less than 3 months before the wedding day.

For my The Complete Story collection, I don’t charge travel fees on packages 6+ hours of coverage within Arizona.

On my Beautiful Simplicity collection, I stop charging travel fees on packages with 8+ hours of coverage within Arizona.

For weddings out of state, travel fees vary.

Yes! I love to travel and can easily travel to New Mexico, Texas, Colorado, and California.

I also visit Missouri often, since I grew up there, so travel fees are lighter since I have accommodations that I can rely on!

Most of the time I can accommodate additional coverage once coverage concludes. Additional coverage is currently charged at a rate of $450 per hour with any additional time charged at the rate of a full hour.

I don’t edit bodies or permanent parts of people since I am a huge advocate for loving yourself. I view my role as a wedding photographer to capture the day as it is - not edit it into something it is not.

However, I do offer minor blemish removal because a temporary random bruise or pesky pimple shouldn’t be the star of your beautiful photos. I offer two tiers of blemish removal:

1) Full Gallery Blemish Removal, which must be added to your wedding package by the day of the event, for $200

2) Pick-and-Choose $15 per image. This can be chosen once your gallery is delivered.

Background editing includes the removal of trash, trash cans, telephone poles, street signs, small numbers of individuals, graffiti, stray objects, etc. This does not include the removal of houses, roads, crowds of people, vehicles, building signs, etc. This also does not include the modification of scenery in the background. When choosing a location, it is important to understand that the setting will naturally include its surroundings, such as houses outside a neighborhood park, street traffic in the city, etc.

Although I may edit minor “distractions” here and there, I don’t religiously edit out everything. For the most part, venues and locations are chosen with the understanding that people might be around or outlets exist. If you are highly concerned about distractions in the background of your wedding gallery you are free to add on the Full Gallery Background Removal which must be added up by your wedding date for $300.

Once galleries are delivered, you are free to request additional editing at a $20 per image rate.

My delivery times vary from 4-12+ weeks depending on a variety of factors. Package size, workload, upcoming holidays, travel, family life things all play a part in how long I set delivery times for. It is incredibly important to me that I give myself enough time to give my couples gallery the love they deserve while also maintaining a healthy work-life balance so I set delivery dates accordingly to do so.

But, I personally hate waiting so I also totally get how much it sucks to wait. So I do post a healthy “preview set” on facebook.com/conchphotography within 2 weeks of the wedding day!

This is a tricky one!

I am a “true to tone” editor! So although I typically edit bright, vibrant, and lean warm I will also edit photos based on the specific story they tell. So if a photo is more “moody” or has a “vintage” feel - I will edit it that way.

In general, I collect payments at different times of the wedding planning process including a non-refundable retainer at the time of booking, a non-refundable payment at the time of any additional sessions included with packages, and of course final payment which I collect the day prior.

For those interested in payment plans beyond that I offer a few different options.

The first option is to pay in installments up until the wedding. Because sometimes it is easier to pay a little each month vs to pay a large sum at once.

The other opinion is to pay in scheduled installments after the wedding day. Wedding are expensive! So I do offer the ability to pay in pre-discussed timed installments after the wedding with the catch being I don’t begin editing photos until all payment has been received.

With either payment option, I do still require a non-refundable retainer to book and an additional non-refundable payment at the time of any additional session booked.

Nope! Big, small, medium - my pricing remains that same since it is based on the time I spend capturing your amazing day!

I collect payments at different times of the wedding planning process as a way to break the payment up before the final payment is due.

The first payment I take is a non-refundable retainer. I take this at the time of contract signing and is needed to officially activate your contract and lock in your date.

The second, and sometimes third, payment(s) are also non-refundable payments taken at the time of additional sessions that came with your selected package. These sessions are usually engagement, bridal, or boudoir sessions.

The final payment is due the day before the wedding day. I do this because the last thing you will find yourself focusing on ON your wedding day is paying me and I really hate having to awkwardly bug you on your wedding day. So to avoid all that, I collect the final payment the day before the wedding day.

When I send out the contract and questionnaire you will also receive an invoice. This invoice goes through all payments giving a detailed breakdown of each one and informing you on when each is due. When I send out the invoice, I will also provide details, such as usernames/account info, so that you can find me on whichever platform you may want to pay with. I will break down the different payment options here -

1) Through your Honeybook invoice via Square.

This is one of the more convenient ways to pay but because of the way Square works, there is an additional 5% fee that is added to these payments.

2) Zelle

This is the most common way that my couples pay since it is a safe, secure, bank-to-bank transfer with no additional fees. Zelle is offered by most banks so it is the most accessible method. I recommend couples to send over a $1 payment first to make sure that no mistakes were entered before transferring any full amounts. I also give directions on what to put in the memo box so that we have a proper documented receipt of payment.

3) Venmo

The 3rd way my couples pay is Venmo. Information on my username is given on the invoice I send out alongside the contract and questionnaire. Just like Zelle payments, there is no additional fees and I encourage couples to send over $1 before sending over the full amount to ensure it is going to the correct place. I also inform couples of what to put in the memo box so that we have a proper documented receipt.

4) Cash

Cash payments are accepted during additional sessions and as a final payment as long as it is discussed beforehand. Cash payments must be given at the beginning of any session/service.

At this time, due to the rising number of scams, I do not accept personal or cashiers checks. Thank you for understanding!

If you aren’t interested in an engagement, or additional session, I offer a few options -

1) You can swap it out for a different type of session such as family, maternity, graduation, etc.

2) You can redeem a couple, family, grad, etc session up to a year after your wedding date.

3) You can pass completely - they are gifted sessions but if you aren’t interested that is totally okay!

4) You can consider booking one of my packages from my Beautiful Simplicity collection! I created these packages with people who aren’t interested in additional sessions in mind after all 😊

I am primarily a lifestyle photographer so I pair particularly well with those who feel like they aren’t models and don’t know how to act in-front of a camera. Why? Because I typically rely on the action vs the posed portrait. I instruct on the motion of a pose to get the most natural looking result. But don’t worry, if you are okay with it, I will help you out a little extra if you need it 😉
