There is something undeniably iconic about the Superstition Mountains. As an Arizona photographer, First Water Trailhead in Apache Junction is easily one of my favorite spots for a session! Not only does this area include a lush desert landscape, but it also features a dramatic view of the beautiful Superstitions!
Another thing this location is fantastic for - large and extended family sessions! Which made it the perfect location for this fun loving family!
Not going to lie, I was a little nervous going into this session! My family sessions typically involve littles who are down to run and play vs teenagers who may not be willing participants - but that luckily wasn’t an issue at all with this family! We all had such a great time laughing and posing! You could really tell how close, comfortable, and safe this family felt together and it was a lot of fun being part of that and capturing their energy!
